We are a dedicated and family owned and operated NDIS provider committed to delivering high-quality, person-centered support. Our goal is to empower participants to live independently, confidently, and safely while achieving their personal goals.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and reliable support worker who enjoys making a positive difference in people’s lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care and hygiene support where required
- Assisting with daily living activities, meal preparation, and household tasks
- Supporting community participation and social inclusion
- Assisting with transport to appointments, activities, and events
- Building strong, trusting, and respectful relationships with participants
- Following behaviour support plans and working collaboratively with the care team
About You
We’re looking for someone who is reliable, caring and has experience working with NDIS participants or in a similar support role.
Essential Requirements:
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Or willing to obtain one)
- Current Working With Children Check (Or willing to obtain one)
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- Valid Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle
- Must be able to work sleepover shifts and weekends.
Highly Regarded:
- Experience supporting participants with high physical or behavioural needs
- Cert III or IV in Disability, Community Services, or similar
