The guys rolled up their sleeves today and made Peanut Butter Energy Balls, developing practical life skills needed to create their own healthy and nutritious treats at home.

They wanted to share the recipe with you all;

Recipe;
1 Cup Medjool Dates
3 TBSP Creamy Peanut Butter
1 TBSP Chia seed or Flaxseed
2/3 Cup Rolled Oats
Shredded Coconut

Pulse all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until blended (adding a touch of water if needed)
Using your hands, roll into balls.
Roll in Coconut and pop them in the fridge.
