This time of year can bring a lot to the surface once things slow down.

For some, it’s relief. For others, it’s emotional weight that’s been carried quietly for a long time.

This year has been one of quiet growth, deep work and steady evolution.

What began as Soul Shift Hypnotherapy has naturally expanded into Soul Shift Studio, creating space for deeper therapeutic work, group experiences and a broader range of support. The introduction of 9D Breathwork for both group and private sessions, alongside EMDR as part of my therapeutic toolkit, has allowed me to support people in more integrated and meaningful ways.

In September, I moved into my own studio space, something I had envisioned for a long time. One place that brings together all of my work, hypnotherapy, 9D Breathwork and pottery, under one roof. Having a dedicated space has changed the way the work feels, more grounded, more intentional, more embodied.

I see real change happening, not just insight, but regulation, agency and movement forward. That matters to me more than anything.

None of this happens in isolation. I am deeply grateful for the unconditional love and support of my family. They are my constant cheerleaders, especially in the moments where fear creeps in, when I question whether I have pushed too hard or wanted too much. Their belief in me continues to drive me to be better every day.

This work continues to shape me as much as it supports others, and I feel deeply grounded in where Soul Shift Studio is heading.

As a Christmas gift, I’m offering a free online 9D Breathwork session on Tuesday 23rd December at 7pm.

This session is for all of my wonderful breathers who have attended a 9D journey with me, and you’re very welcome to share the link with anyone you feel would benefit. Friends, family, partners, anywhere in the world.

The journey will be 9DMT Cellular Regeneration, a deeply restorative, down-regulating experience designed to calm the nervous system, support emotional reset, and help the body rest and repair. I feel this journey is especially supportive at this time of year, when many of us can feel overwhelmed, overstimulated, or simply tired.

All you need is a Zoom connection and headphones. A laptop or computer is preferred for audio quality. Please arrive on time, as I’ll be setting audio levels at the start to ensure the best possible experience.

This is my way of saying thank you, and of offering a moment of calm, restoration, and connection during the Christmas season.

I’m opening bookings for a small, intentionally held 9D Breathwork Retreat in Ballarat, February 2026.

This is a 3-day retreat designed to help you slow the nervous system, come back into your body, and step out of constant mental activity.

With only 12 places available, the group is kept calm, spacious and well supported. The focus isn’t on pushing or forcing change, but on creating the conditions where regulation, clarity and integration can occur naturally.

Across the weekend we’ll move through carefully selected 9D Breathwork journeys, gentle yoga, Yoga Nidra, sound, rest and shared meals, all held with nervous system awareness.

I am very happy to share that EMDR is now part of my therapeutic work at Soul Shift Studio. EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing, and it is one of the most effective evidence based approaches for processing unresolved emotions, trauma patterns, anxiety, and triggers that feel hard to shift on your own.

EMDR helps the brain complete what was left emotionally unfinished, reducing reactivity and creating a calmer, clearer internal experience. It works without long talk therapy and without needing to retell painful stories. Many clients describe the process as gentle, grounding, and surprisingly transformative.

This modality blends beautifully with the work I already do, including Clinical Hypnotherapy and Strategic Psychotherapy, and it is now available in both single sessions and my Transformation Programs.

This Saturday 6th December at 11am will be my final 9D Breathwork session in Altona. I’m so grateful for everyone who has shared this space with me - it has been such a beautiful chapter.

As I focus fully on my Ballarat studio for 2026, I’ll also be offering weekend retreats, deeper immersive work and expanded programs. I can’t wait to share this next chapter with you.

This final Altona journey focuses on releasing the Five Primary Trauma Imprints - the deep emotional patterns formed in childhood that shape self-worth, relationships, trust and identity. It’s a powerful reset that many people describe as freeing, grounding and deeply clarifying.
