Today’s Wednesday Wellness was all about something I know we’ve all felt.

Today’s Wednesday Wellness was all about sugar cravings and why they can feel so intense during menopause, even when you’re really trying to eat well.

I know how frustrating it is to feel like you’re doing everything right, then suddenly craving sugar out of nowhere. I’ve been there myself, and it can leave you feeling guilty and confused.

One of the biggest takeaways from today is this: cravings aren’t a lack of willpower, they’re your body asking for support. Once you understand what’s driving them, everything starts to feel easier.

This Wednesday on Wednesday Wellness, I want to talk about something I know so many of you are feeling.
