In today’s Wednesday Wellness Live, I spoke about something I know so many of us have thought.

Have you ever felt like your body just changed the rules on you?
That’s exactly how I felt.

I was doing what I’d always done. Eating well, moving my body, staying mindful… yet the weight would not budge. What used to work for me suddenly didn’t, and honestly, it was frustrating and confusing.

For a while, I questioned myself. I wondered what I was doing wrong. But the truth is, I wasn’t failing at all. My body was just changing, and it needed a different approach.
