Now Available: Myofascial Cupping with Claire

Claire is now offering Myofascial Cupping as part of her massage treatments.

Unlike many massage techniques that use compression, cupping works by gently lifting and separating the soft tissue using negative pressure.

This technique may help to:
• Increase nutrient-rich blood flow to the area
• Gently stretch tight or restricted tissues
• Improve range of motion
• Release “stuck” areas in the body

It’s a great addition to your massage treatment for supporting movement and recovery.
