This is the perfect place to start.
A slower-paced, supportive class where you’ll learn the basics of reformer Pilates in a calm, welcoming space.
Melissa will guide you through:
• how the reformer works
• key movements and set-ups
• options and modifications so you feel comfortable and confident.
No pressure. No rushing. No feeling lost. Just good movement, explained well.
It’s also a great option for our regular clients who want to slow things down while still getting all the Pilates benefits.

✨ Reformer Small Group ✨
Need a little extra care or attention? This one’s for you.
Perfect for anyone:
• recovering from injury or surgery
• managing chronic conditions
• wanting more individual guidance
This is a small, capped class (max 8) with personalised support - think private-style care without the private price tag. 😉
You must be cleared for exercise by your health provider.

🌞 Extreme Heat Update - Please Read‼️

Today is forecast to reach 42°C, and while it is summer (hello, Ballarat heat 🥵) and there will be hot days, our priority is always your safety and wellbeing.

Here’s what that means for the studio:

• Classes will still go ahead, however on extreme heat days (35degrees and over) we may condense classes into one adjusted time and we will give you plenty of notice.
If you’re unable to make the updated time, your class will be credited - no stress.

• For comfort and safety, class styles may be modified to a slower, more stretch-focused flow.
Don’t worry - You’ll still get all the Pilates benefits, just with a little more care and calm.

• If there are fires in the region, classes will be cancelled immediately (and you will be notified).

A few reminders for the summer months & hot days:
💧 Please hydrate well before class.
🧴 Bring a towel.
🚰 Bring a drink bottle.
