Absolutely zero judgement here — I’ve definitely played my part in Christmas over-consumerism too 🎄
But I was adamant I wasn’t buying Christmas crackers this year.

So I made our own 🙌
Sharing in case it inspires even one person to try something similar.

Anatomy of our homemade Christmas crackers:

Today I had the privilege of caring for this gorgeous 4-day-old little one. 💛
And earlier this week I treated a 3-day-old, a 3-week-old, an 8 month old and more — all for different reasons, but most commonly because of head-turning preferences or for being generally unsettled. Parents are often keen to support their baby’s comfort and development as early as possible, and we love being able to help.

As low-force paediatric chiropractors, our care is gentle, no cracking, and tailored specifically for tiny newborns right through to the elderly. It truly means so much that families trust us with their newest little bundles.

Working with babies and kids is such a privilege — and one of the best parts of my job. 🤍

1 year post-ACL surgery 🎉
Hard to believe it’s been a full year since my ACL surgery and even harder to believe it took two more surgeries to get here. It’s been a challenging road, but I’m so grateful for the progress, the lessons, and the support along the way.

Putting in the hard work has definitely paid off as I’m finally feeling strong and (mostly!) back to myself again.

Thanks to everyone who’s checked in, followed the journey, and offered encouragement. You’ve all made a tough year that bit easier 🙏

Although I’m still adament I’ll never play netball again I am looking forward to returning to Tennis next week! Wish me luck as I think I’ll need it! 😉🎾
