📣 We're Hiring: Part-Time Medical Receptionist in Ballarat! 📣

Join our team at Southern Cross GPs and be the friendly face of our clinics! We're looking for a dedicated Medical Receptionist to manage patient appointments, handle inquiries, and provide excellent administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients
Schedule and confirm appointments
Manage patient records and billing
Support medical staff and maintain a clean reception area
Keeping the medical centre clean and organised.

Qualifications:
Experience as a medical receptionist preferred
Strong communication skills
Familiarity with Best Practice medical software is a plus.

Applications are now being accepted from experienced Medical Receptionists, with Full time and casual positions available to join our team at Kripa health.

Responsibilities:

* Our medical receptionists provide support to clinical staff and are responsible for managing patient flow, enquiries, administration tasks and diary management
* Front desk administration, answering phones, making appointments, processing claims and payments.
* All general reception, administrative and medical support duties as required.
* Provide ongoing support to GP, practice nurses and allied health professionals

Criteria:

* Medical Reception experience would be an advantage but not a requirement as training will be provided.
* Strong Customer Service Skills with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Close attention to detail
* Show initiative and work productively within a team environment and individually
* Ability to multi-task and prioritise duties
