Shed Retreat offers a unique retreat experience, a place for you to relax and unwind while being immerced on many levels by the touch, the smell, and the natururing through signature treatments, by using age old spa traditions and wisdom I have carefully crafted rituls that are a purely focused on you, your lifestyle, results, philosophy and the environment using only the highest quality of products. The attention to detail and design is evident at every turn, from the minute you drive up the drive way and see a green shed to then stepping inside where then it speaks for itself, our spa breaks the boundaries of what one would expect a spa to be like, Im are not a clinical white space-we are about escaping the outside world so step inside ours. I have strong beliefs and work my socks off to ensure your experience is an unforgettable one by ensuring you feel welcome, warm and cared for which is why we take my motto "an experience unlike anything else" literally. We have created our menu and beliefs around our values to ensure our spa is a place

to Retreat, to Indulge, to Balance, to Escape, to Detox, to Nuture and be left feelng Bella (Beautiful) from the inside out. Our treatment menu is a little tongue in cheek, but we highly pride ourselves on the professionalism that is excelled with the years of experience but most of all passion that reinforces that we have the formula that works. Our trained therapists are always on hand to provide expert advice, whether for treatment combinations or product knowlege so our spaFRIENDS can take a little bit of urbanSpa away with them, anything from an eye cream or body moisturiser to a garden pot!
