If you're trying to bring more balance your life, you don’t need big changes - often just small, mindful pauses make more of a difference than you think! As tempting as it is to go in all-or-nothing, this can be overwhelming and therefor less sustainable. Start with small moments that are so achievable that they quickly become a habit: try taking deep breaths between tasks (even set a reminder every hour to remind you), step outside for a minute of sunshine while you wait for the kettle to boil, feel your bare feet on the ground. Balance grows in quiet moments - you'll be surprised as how much these small pauses add up!
