My name is Allison Everett, I am the creator of the Ballarat Home Grown Owned & Operated Boutique Gym, Fitquest360. Fitquest360 was born from a desire to give to you what fitness gave to me, my life back. At 40 I realised I had not been living my true potential. I was stuck, stubborn, sad, & exhausted. Fitness is more than a workout, or a diet, it's a unique transformation from the inside out to completely change you. From physical strength you see a change in your inner strength to be stronger and braver, and more open to see opportunities in situations that you might now see as obstacles and impossibilities. I am honest & transparent, I will love you to bits and be kind and compassionate, and also open and supportive. I will show you a path to the change you want to see in you. The path is simple, but the work is often hard. I'll help you to simplify it and help you along the way as you do the work to get there. It's a journey, it doesn't have an end date. Your happiness and health doesn't come from a challenge or a diet. It comes from living your life outside the box and taking risks and stepping out from the rat race and ground hog routine. Take a chance on you, belong to a community of people who will become your tribe. Because fitness isn't about trading money for workouts here. HYrox Melbourne prep … 2 weeks out. Full station simulation done with 300m runs. Now they know they can get through all the stations and with an expected time … the running just may be the recovery haha.

Great to see everyone in good spirits at just two weeks out.

Train with purpose
It’s ok to push hard - it’s not bad

It’s ok to challenge yourself - it’s not silly

It’s ok to make yourself stronger and want more - it’s not unquestionable

It’s ok to do whatever it takes to be your best in fitness and life - it’s not anyone’s business but yours

It’s ok to want to see what you can do because only you are putting limits on you - nobody else should have that power.

It’s all you.

Let’s keep pushing - 6 weeks to end of 2025.

You can make it over the line either way- you can wait for 2026 or you can allow yourself to push through and gain momentum right to the end of the year.

We will ride it out with you

Choose what you can control and refuse to let that derail you from the best you can be with what you can truly bring to the day.

Levelling up and being your best doesn’t mean being the same every day - it means bring the best you can with what’s at your disposal that day.

Even the days you are tired, or can’t get your mind around it - turning up and using what your battery is at the to best you can under those circumstances - is still LEVELLING UP.

Your only limit is you. Some days you’re at 35% some days you’re at 95% - just do your best with whatever that day offers - and when push yourself and raise the bar, on you your limits will be raised even more and then results will continue.

It’s not a straight trajectory- so take the bumps along the way.

Kicked off our first session with this dedicated group of girls.

Our first Fitquest360 five week HIGH PERFORMANCE GYM program for female footballers.

Absolutely pumped to have female footballers taking the gym seriously and getting the fundamentals of strength training.

When you take an active role in your sport and invest time into the gym, it will flow into your team training and you’ll crush it on game day.

Gym is not just for the boys.
Girls who lift have strong and powerful bodies that will take the heat on game day and improve output on the field.

1km runs plus a little extra to mimic some time in the ROXZONE.

And we will add 50kg to the sled just be sure we don’t get too comfortable !!

Our first year and for most members - first race - December 2025.

From 19years to into the 50’s (mainly the top end age group) what a sensational goal and incredible team we have put together.

So proud of you all for training hard all year round and tagging this on to the year for a fantastic goal and supporting our community. ❤️
