Today we are proud to celebrate Brighid, Roxy, and Tash — our incredible Team Leaders and Key Supports — who completed their “Stepping into Leadership” certificate training.

This session focused on building meaningful leadership skills and understanding the impact strong, values-driven leadership has on teams, individuals, and the people we support.

We love seeing our team continuously upskilling, growing in confidence, and bringing these skills into both their professional and personal lives, while supporting and advancing their teams every day.

There’s no brighter light than the smiles on our participants’ faces. Every laugh, every hand held, every spark of joy reminds us why we do what we do, to make a difference, one heart at a time. ☀️ Sunday Funday in the Sunshine! 🌻

What a beautiful day to be out and about! Our amazing support workers and participants made the most of the sunshine today — and it’s safe to say smiles were everywhere 😄

🛍️ Dean and Josie took some of our participants on a shopping adventure at Highpoint Shopping Centre — bags in hand and plenty of laughs along the way!

🎯 Dave spent the morning at Time Zone with a few of our participants, showing off some serious arcade and shooting skills (we think we’ve found our next champion gamer 👀).

🌳 Meanwhile, Tash and Amit had an absolute blast at the local playground with our respite crew — who says swings are just for kids?!

We’re loving this gorgeous weather and all the opportunities it brings to get out, connect, and have fun together. 💛

Our participants enjoyed an afternoon out in the sun at a local Halloween event - playing laser tag, watching the greyhound races and getting their faces painted.

Can’t wait to see their costumes tomorrow!
