I was watching an interesting interview recently where one of the topics mentioned was ‘Hiding in Plain Sight’, and it got me thinking, I wonder how many of us are actually doing that. Not fully living the truth of who we are. Choosing to hide parts of ourselves, playing small or not living out our full potential.

Today, being the 1st day of the year is a good time to reflect on how we would like to Be this year, and, if it feels right to you, to consider choosing a focus word as a theme for the year.

🔸 Taking a little quiet time to reflect and allowing the word to arise naturally from the deeper part of our knowing.

May the coming two weeks be ones of Be-ing - resetting, reframing, and reorienting to how we would like to BE this year.
