Lumos Chiropractic is now Lumos Energy Body.

Lumos Energy Body exists to free the world from ignorance, prejudice, delusions and superstitions that stop the acquirement of the required metaphysical knowledge needed for the next evolution of humanity.

Quite the mission statement, but it comes from the founder of Chiropractic, DD Palmer.

ANYTHING that keeps us in these ignorances, prejudices, delusions and superstitions is a SUBLUXATION - it blocks our access to our light.

To find and unbind these subluxations from our Energy Body, the Lumos Energy Body method utilises somatic practices like movement and breathwork, mind practices like visualisation and journaling, as physical practices like nutrition and self massage.

For the last 6 months Jacob and I have been working with select individuals online and seeing the most amazing results. It’s been magical. And now, we’re looking to extend our understanding of this emerging field of vibrational medicine as well as increase the accessibility of this work to as many people as possible. This work is revolutionary and will change the way we heal and interact with our own power.

For the next 6 months, we’re running an online experiment. For the absolutely insanely low price of $75 a month, you can work with us online and get:

The last 3 weeks have been a blur.

First, a retreat in Bali that opened me up to new people and practices and ways of thinking (and my first tattoo!)

To then changing my working schedule to make more space for my online work of teaching, coaching and studying.

And yesterday and I finished up 6 days of work with facilitating 7 souls in training their deep states of intuition.

Our work is to connect all to the light within them, for everyone to know they ARE the infinite consciousness masquerading as a human. I am so grateful to have had this time away to remember this.

As adults, we don’t play nearly enough.

As children it’s a lot easier to play, because we know that someone else has “got this”. Children don’t worry about their next meal or the electricity bill or schedules because someone else does. What if as an grown up, we could outsource our worries? Well…we can.

Walk in faith.
Trust life enough not to control it.
Know that this divine universe has got you.

And go play.

Play has been shown to release endorphins, improve brain functionality, and stimulate creativity. And it can even help to keep us young and feeling energetic. Studies show that play improves memory and stimulates the growth of the cerebral cortex.

Play can look different for everyone. For example, loves to go try on extremely expensive dresses…
