Do you want to participate in Balance for Life?
Before joining the class, we complete a 20 or 40-minute balance assessment so we understand your starting point and how best to support you.
During your assessment we will:
• Measure your current balance and mobility
• Identify your risk of falls (low, medium or high)
• Ensure the program feels safe and appropriate for you
If you are at higher risk, we focus on building confidence and safety.
If you are already steady on your feet, we add progressions and gentle challenges to help strengthen and improve your balance even further.
Balance for Life is about staying independent, confident and active for longer.
