☀️ As the days heat up, we’re reminding our wonderful residents and clients to stay cool and keep hydrated! Even if you don’t feel thirsty, your body still needs water to stay healthy and energised.
A few simple ways to stay well this summer:
💧 Keep water nearby and sip regularly
🍉 Snack on hydrating foods like fruit, jelly, or icy treats
🌤️ Stay indoors during the hottest part of the day (11am–3pm)
🌬️ Use fans or air conditioning to stay cool and comfortable
