runs Work & Study online peer group chats for
young people?
These chats are a great way to connect, share
experiences, and pick up practical tips to help you
reach your work and study goals — whether it’s
resumes, cover letters, job interviews, or
managing study stress.
For Work & Study Month (March), sessions on

Thursday will focus on a different theme:
✅ Week 1: Job interviews
✅ Week 2: Starting a new job
✅ Week 3: Career exploration — How do I
decide what direction to take?
✅ Week 4: Managing challenges in work and
study

Three days of music, creativity and connection @ headspace Ballina

Our recent school holiday music program brought together young people aged 12-15 inviting them to join in on a creative, skill building workshop. With support of Maca music participants built confidence through music skills and worked collaboratively to record a group musical piece.

100% of participants said they would come back for more programs. Watching social connections form naturally and hearing a desire for more activities in our space has our team so excited for what is to come.

When young people feel safe to express themselves creatively, beautiful things happen.

This holiday workshop invites young people aged 12-15 to join in a creative, skill building music program. Over three days you will build confidence through the development of performance and music skills and work collaboratively to record a group musical piece. Maca Music will provide musical expertise in partnership with headspace Ballina staff.
