Medicinal Mushroom Art Workshop 🍄

I’m so excited to offer the medicinal mushroom art workshop for the third time, kicking off 2026 inspired by the magical world of mushrooms (think Shiitake and Turkey Tail)! ✨

This beginner-friendly workshop is your chance to explore the healing properties of medicinal mushrooms while expressing your creativity. We’ll dive into 4 different mushrooms, learn how they support the body, and then paint the one you feel most connected to (or the one you just think is really, really cool!)

As a Naturopath and artist, I’ll be there to guide you through the workshop, sharing both the power of mushrooms and creative techniques so you can create your own artwork.

🌿 NEW Botanical Art & Nervous System Herbal Support Workshop with Jessie-Anne

I’m so excited to my next upcoming workshop designed to bring together herbal wisdom, education and creativity ✨

Join me for an afternoon exploring how stress can influence our sense of wellbeing, and discover some of my favourite herbal medicines for supporting and nourishing the nervous system.

You’ll be guided to draw and paint a herb you feel most connected with, creating your own botanical artwork to take home. Throughout my naturopathic career, I’ve painted botanical art as a way to learn and build deeper relationships with the plant medicines I use. I can’t wait to share this practice with you! 🌿

This workshop is all about embracing your unique art style, letting go of perfection, and allowing your creative flow to lead the way. Sketch, paint, and colour botanical illustrations that come from you.

Expect a relaxed afternoon filled with warm vibes, music, and the company of our gorgeous community.

Hi! I’m Jessie-Anne (she/her) ✨

I’m a degree-qualified naturopath and nutritionist with expertise in hormonal, menstrual, and s*xual health. I don’t believe in normalised suffering. I believe you deserve to be heard, supported, and to live happily in your body.

With 10+ years' experience across the community services sector, health industry and clinical naturopathic practice, my passion has always been with supporting all individuals with warmth, safety and inclusivity that is present in every consult, event, and workshop I run.

My journey into Naturopathy began with my own personal experience of chronic fatigue from a young age after a common viral infection, known as Glandular Fever. After continually leaving appointments with question marks, and developing hormonal issues, I began taking an interest in natural health. I was lucky enough to grow up in the beautiful, serene Blue Mountains that also drew attention to the healing power of herbal medicine.

Over the last 5 years, more personal lessons (thanks universe!) around my hormonal health and pelvic pain sparked a strong commitment and passion to offer my expertise in hormonal health and s*xual wellbeing.

You’ll find me in clinic offering private consultations, working festivals and retreats, or hosting creative workshops - all of which provide connection and creativity.

🌿 New Botanical Art Workshop with Jessie-Anne

Join me in person for a creative evening of herbs, art and good vibes! 💃

This beginner-friendly art workshop is an opportunity to explore herbal medicine and blend this with your creative flow. You’ll get to learn about three of my favourite herbs - what they are used for, how you can incorporate them in your daily life, and then paint the one you feel most connected to!

📍 Where: The workshop will be held in the lovely Studio 10 at Rikota, Marrickville on Thursday evening, 12th of June, 6-8pm.

This is a space to express yourself, no art experience is needed. I will be offering support for colouring, shading or painting techniques on the night. 😊

This workshop is open to everyone and is a safe, inclusive space. Concessions are available.

💫✨ A magical weekend of Coochie Consults, divine humans & nature.

This weekend I attended & worked with .selfspace ~ It was my first time running short naturopathic consultations within a festival-like setting for hormonal, vaginal and s*xual health support.

My heart is so full and inspired. This is an area I am so passionate about, & to be able to hold space and offer support means a lot. There is also something so magical when babes get together. ❣️

There will be great, new exciting things in store (and more Coochie Consults) so stay tuned ‼️
A proper sign will also be created 😂

Thank you to all of the beautiful sisters who hyped me all weekend and praised my colour coordinated outfits. ✌️

once shared some wisdom to always be true to myself in clinic - wear whatever I want and be who I am and this stuck with me. I had it going through my mind when I was rocking my outfit and thinking, how amazing to offer acceptance and be accepted back, and not be worried about my professionalism or knowledge being questioned.

💫❣️🌸 WIERD WOMEN you were magical...

Still swooning over the weekend that was for many reasons but a few in particular...
🌞 Feeling completely free, safe and comfortable around a beautiful group of women is POWERFUL
🌞 Educating a large group of beautiful humans on all things vulva/vaginal health and relieving some of that shame/stigma that exists
🌞 3 days in nature, connecting with the land, & being present - dreamy!!

Thank you to for creating this space! Thank you to everyone who attended my workshop, to the lovely humans I met, & to my friends who supported me.

This year has been one of many challenges but I'm finding myself blessed & proud as the year comes to an end (so it deserves my annual rare insta post 😂)
Awareness around vulva/vaginal conditions, pelvic pain, and anything s*xual health related is so important & I'm looking forward to continuing to expand. 🙏 Stay tuned !!!

✨ WHAT A CONSULTATION WITH ME FEELS LIKE VS WHAT IT ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE ✨

Guess what! Exciting news... In person consultations are now available (again, after a hot min break post covid).

I will be offering face to face consultations on Tuesday afternoon's/evenings at the gorgeous CBD Health clinic, on George St in the city.

I will continue to offer online telehealth (video/phone) consultations on Fridays, alternate Saturdays and requested weekday evenings as usual.

The Botanical Abundance practice is a space that specialises in vulva/vaginal and urinary support. I offer evidence-based, holistic support for menstruators experiencing hormonal imbalances, pelvic pain, painful s*x, recurrent UTI's, HSV, HPV, BV & the list goes on... It is my absolute honour to support you & guide you to live a happy and symptom-free.

WOW what a week ❗😍

These last 6 days I've had the absolute pleasure of both work & play time.

Attending the Women of the New World symposium with & with some incredible, inspirational speakers AND getting to explore some beautiful parts of Tasmania... Oh dios mío, gracias madre tierra 🙏😍

Not only did those 3 days gift me with the incredible minds of some pioneer practitioner's in our industry, but it also really strongly instilled how important connection is. How important understanding is. & How important having a voice is!

I got to make new friends & new connections with people who share the same passion. How amazing is that? The Saggi soul loves this!

I've spent majority of this year taking a break from my SM platform & being present in all spaces I work in... But I feel encouraged to share again & really open up a space for those who are experiencing shame from stigma. This is a space I already work with and feel strongly about but there is more work to do!! Thank you for the inspiration & 🙏

I will probably do a Tassie photo dump shortly... Or drip feed nature photos back in through my feed. We'll see.
