Our Story

We offer AcuEnergetics - energy healing sessions + meditation & mindfulness courses and a meditation group.

AcuEnergetics sessions run for 75 minutes and are held at Warrawee Wholistic in Balnarring. AcuEnergetics is a modern healing modality that uses the opening potential of the practitioner’s energy to open energy within the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) meridians and the energy centres of the client in a gentle, non-invasive way.

By restoring flow within the bioelectrical (energy) system of the body, you restore function. AcuEnergetics treatments are tailored to the individual and treat a wide range of physical, mental and emotional conditions.

Meditation & mindfulness courses offer simple, practical and effective tools to take you on your meditation journey. As well as learning the tools, you will be practising them in a supportive environment. Once graduated from a course, or if you have already embarked on your meditation journey, you are welcome to join a weekly meditation group to enjoy the power of meditation in numbers.
