You might not realise that your goals set you up for failure which unconsciously play into your psychological health.

Instead of setting extravagant goals like everyone else I focus on these simple things:

✨To focus solely on doing my best in every situation, day in and day out.

✨To be grateful where possible and focus as much on what as already have than what I want.

✨Most importantly, to continue to put the work into my mental health so that positive behaviours follow (because PSA it all starts in your mind and nervous system)

I am pre booked to start with a new therapist in Jan which is step one (and the only tangible goal I’m setting for now). It’s something I can easily tick off and won’t leave me feeling like again I’ve not followed through.

Our therapists have availability in Jan and are pre-booking their Q1 calendars now, so if you’re ready for a better therapist, jump online.

Confidence is a simple equation. Following through on the things you say you will do. Don’t set goals that you aren’t likely to follow through on because it’s terrible for your self esteem!

I’m so sick of listening to people complain about feeling s**t but doing absolutely nothing about it.

I see so many people talk about goal setting for 2026 and their big career pursuits and financial hopes, maybe even a half marathon.

But why is no one setting the goal of stretching out of their comfort zone and addressing their mental health?

People set goals and don’t achieve them because their patterns are stronger than their will.

If you want your 2026 to be better, you have to do the hard thing and address the subconscious material that keeps you stuck.

Yes, mental heath is still stigmatised, but also not really.

So if you’re putting off addressing your mental health, take this as your sign to do the courageous thing and focus on what will actually make the difference in your life.

Am I nauseous because I’m overwhelmed, or overwhelmed because I’m nauseous 😅

Trying to maintain good mental health in pregnancy is pretty hard because you’re really at the mercy of your hormones.

But I think this yap will be resonant for anyone who can relate to feeling a bit depressed or defeated.

Not taking this limited D**K time for granted.

Last night we were asleep by 7:50pm. This morning I asked Guy if we were boring and he said no we’re a couple of D**KS on holiday doing whatever TF we want🏝️

In Feb 2025 after our second miscarriage, the doctors realised that the surgical procedure hadn’t worked and 5 weeks post miscarriage, I was still pregnant.

This meant going back in for a second procedure and the shattering of my elusive mental timeline.

The journey of trying to conceive is one filled with many highs and lows. It taught me lessons of surrender like nothing else could.
