Flu season arrives each year, but how it affects each person can differ.

For some, influenza leads to significant illness and complications, particularly in older adults, young children, pregnant women, and those managing chronic conditions.

Vaccination helps reduce the risk of severe illness and hospitalisation. It also supports protection within families, workplaces, and the broader community.

Planning early allows your body time to build immunity before flu circulation increases. A simple preventive step now can support a healthier season ahead.
