New day - New moon - New baby calf sneaking into my yard!

I’ve just finished the new moon energy session for the ‘On Demand Support’ members and I was so curious to see what would transpire in this pressurised energy we are in. There has been such push pull energy the last two weeks and so much brewing beneath the surface.

Have you been aware of knowing something was going on internally but not quite being able to put your finger on it? That’s the feeling that emotions like shame have. It’s not obvious like anger or joy, it’s insidious. It keeps us small and compartmentalised. Pressure brings these limiting, shadow emotions to the surface making them ripe to be loved into wholeness. This is so powerful as shame is probably the emotion that limits our own healing and personal growth the most.

For some, there has also been a sense of ‘holding your breath’ energy in this pressurised time like ‘I need to be on my guard’, ‘I don’t want to let go and relax’, ‘I need to keep going and tighten things up’. It feels hard to drop out of this adrenalised state. Feeling tired but wired. The discomfort becomes normalised. Letting go feels scary.

So this week I’ve seen more alchemising of emotions and tension rather than purging and letting go processes. Transforming and transmuting negative challenges or patterns into positive growth and personal empowerment. The way base metals turn into gold... via extreme pressure.

Nuggets of gold have been coming to the surface as a result for many of us. This alchemising allows the body to access deep inner peace, strength and resource whilst still feeling ready for action when required. It’s warrior energy expressed in a centred, evolved way. Feeling contained and aware and not letting fear dominate.

Personal power and emboldening your own sense of self and authentic desires have been real themes. We are honing our personal navigation systems.

This eclipse portal has been feeling so different to the others that I have really been aware of for the last 10 years. Normally there is a magical, light, sparkly element that infuses sessions and life with breakthroughs of a euphoric feeling. But the last two weeks have felt intense. Hard and fast lessons hitting with an instant feedback of where we can no longer do things that way anymore with boundaries and control being big themes. Release of deep repressed anger also crucial for some. And patterns that have changed say 80% but now the remaining 20% that felt acceptable and flexible has got to change too, non-negotiable.

It's tightening things ups, re-orienting to more inner power and authenticity. It has felt like a death of sorts. Being stripped bare to plug into a new root and operate from there. Getting really sharp about what's going on around you, who is around you and how to hold and execute from your own place of strength and centred clarity. It's been uncomfortable. There's grief in this too. Not just personally but collectively.

Two weeks ago I did two group sessions, one online with live participants and one for my online portal (on demand support) on the solar eclipse/chinese new year. What came through in both sessions was unexpected. It wasn't about fire or galloping forward, it was about grounding so deeply that you are anchored into yourself and the earth. Deep embodiment. It was about strengthening and fortifying to be able to move through these intense energies and collective world energies with your witts about you. It showed us the medicine to be able to handle things. I found that comforting and empowering to move forward with.

How are you doing out there? Themes in sessions and in conversations the last two weeks have included exhaustion, lacking motivation, feeling less social, less patience with people, and in various ways sometimes volatile things happening that hit hard with directness to highlight where boundaries still need to tighten up, where we’re still saying yes but mean no, where we’ve silenced ourselves and where we’re controlling when we need to let go. It feels uncomfortable but it’s cathartic. And it’s supporting liberation.

For me, I felt the exhaustion hit in the last week. I went back to basics so I could show up where I needed to. And let the tears flow when they wanted to. I had some of those jarring moments of epiphanies too and sat with the big emotions. Today was my day off but I had a growing list of things to do, despite my fatigue and lack of focus and clear thinking. Exhaustion, a coffee and the full moon energies that peak tomorrow had tipped my nervous system over the edge. The more I pushed, the worse I felt and I started to spiral into overwhelm.

It feels so acutely painful to not be in your body and be spinning in your head. So I did a somatic meditation for overwhelm that I designed and recorded just a few days ago but hadn’t uploaded to the portal yet. I had real resistance to lying down and doing it, that’s the nature of stress and overwhelm, but I made myself do it. I had to shift it. I’ve been doing a few of the recordings in the online library and I can detach from it being my voice and participate and receive. Today it was hard at first but gradually my racing mind slowed down and I began to feel my body again. I felt flow moving in my body and my critical thinking came back online. I came out of dysfunction and out of pain. I felt relief and I had completely reset. I was able to get everything done without pushing and I uploaded the now ‘tried and tested’ recording into the portal. It worked.

If you are also feeling a lot at the moment please be gentle with yourself. It’s not a failure. The pressure is real. Get support where you can. Prioritise where your time and energy goes. Building capacity right now is paramount and also possible x

The last month for many has been dense and heavy. If you've felt at times exhausted, overwhelmed, tender, a little anxious, dragging feet through mud vibes, teary (sometimes for no apparent reason), busy mind or more vulnerable as you expand outside your comfort zone... you're not alone. It's been big.

There have been so many endings. So much letting go. A current wave of clients coming in feeling stuck, hitting up against an uncomfortable edge but not knowing how to cross it. Fear of what can't be seen on the other side. But the transition is happening, a bit like birth and I've been midwifing them so to speak over that threshold. Personally I feel the last year, even since Dec 2024, has been inwardly redirecting us towards this expanded self expression. Yes it feels vulnerable. But we can build capacity and adjust with it.

I've really seen in sessions this final surge of 'shedding' snake energy before expanding into the horse year. Touching on parts so deep and hidden. Parts that have been limiting. Some of it uncomfortable but significant breakthroughs as a result. A lot of generational trauma being processed and healed which has been profound. Liberation has been a theme.

I've had a significant waitlist for sessions of late. I haven't been able to keep up with the demand and urgency for immediate care. Which is why I created an online home of on-demand support that can be accessed immediately. Energy is so genius it works beyond time and space. And it's all grounded in trauma informed nervous system work. The sessions and audio recordings really work. And are a great resource in these crazy times.

Tomorrow is the Chinese new year and solar eclipse. A reset point. The veil between the physical and non-physical is thinner during the next two weeks of eclipse portal. It's my favourite time of year for sessions.

The images above are a little sneak peek into the experiential portal that birthed on the new moon a few days ago.

I’ve been working hard behind the scenes creating this monthly membership and I’m feeling proud of the effort and care that’s gone into it.

In this private portal there is a full 1 hour energy session, created on the new moon and recorded on video, designed to drop into at any time.

Each new moon there will be a new energy session uploaded for the lunar month ahead.

I’ve been holding online group sessions on the full moon, sometimes new moon, and always on the eclipse portals for quite a few years now. With participants receiving the recording so they could journey with it again (every time is different because you are different). This on demand energy session (called the new moon energy session) is created in that same way.

I’ve been really quiet on socials this year but rich in the work, with returning clients who keep showing up to transform and a stream of new clients that have been exciting to work with and who are really ‘getting it’. I’m still in awe at what unfolds every session. Always different and always fascinating.

This snap was taken at the start of a recent online session with a long time client in London and I just had to capture the beauty of the moment.

The fire was keeping me warm on a winter’s evening at home on Bundjalung land, with the sky putting on a show as the sun was setting. Meanwhile, I was about to dive deep into the summer energy of Europe and journey with this client and her surrounds on the other side of the world. What a gift. I had a real moment of gratitude for all of it.

There are so many people coming online intuitively in different ways this year and I want to thank all of you who trust me to hold you both in person and remotely as you dive deep into this reflective space with me and dare to feel and evolve.

After a small hiatus in October for some personal self-care, group energy sessions are back for November and are up online in the booking page.

This month we'll be dropping in on the new moon and full moon. These lunar points are portals in and of themselves, offering up a more palpable connection to the wider fields. Honouring these points with reverence also helps us attune to the rhythms of nature and life.

Tomorrow's new moon feels juicy for many reasons. It lands on 1/11 portal energy and astrologically it's an important new moon. For those joining us in group in the US you'll be bathing in the traditional 'spirit' energy of Halloween and then moving into the new moon peak energy while you sleep.

Personally, I feel deeply drawn to set some intentions as we head into the final stage of the year. To get clear on what I want to focus on, set up and solidify before birthing into 2025.

Eclipse Season Sept-Oct 2024

The second and final eclipse season of the year is almost here. For those who journeyed in group back in March/April of this year you know it's a powerful time to drop in and utilise this transformational energy.

During these two weeks the veil between the physical and non physical is very thin so energy can really touch even closer.

The build up to this has portal been intense. I have witnessed this in sessions, friends, colleagues and myself. Old wounds of all kinds coming up to be healed. Or chapters/stories/relationships to be closed. It is now time to let the eclipse energy work its magic and support what has been activated. No need for digging, manifesting or analysing. We've already done this preparation. We now simply create some space to allow and surrender.

September is proving to be another intense month on the heels of August which was alot for some of us. We often talk about how it's simply game on now. The speed of light coming into the Earth although purposeful is also activating so self-care is paramount. Movement, meditation, hydration, nutrient dense food, social connection. Quiet moments to take a breath and most importantly reorient to your heart energy. Please seek support in whatever form when needed. Whenever we drop into our hearts and out of our minds we immediately feel and remember that we are never alone.

There are some days in the calendar which are a bit juicier to deep dive in than others and Lion's Gate is one of them.

This portal of 8/8 (8th August) is also in an 8 year this year so that's even juicier.

Portals tend to offer a more sensitive opportunity to connect to energy/spirit/nature/the divine or yourself.

8 represents the balance between spirit and the material. Also, wholeness and abundance. You may read elsewhere that it's a great time to call in what you want, create greater abundance and make significant shifts. I feel we do this most days. The perpetual cycle of letting go and birthing the new never ends. But on days like this I like to do a bit more ritual not only to honour the energy but also because I simply enjoy it.

During a recent online small group energy tune-up, a participant in America generously shared her data that had been measured by her Oura Ring that day.

An Oura Ring is smart technology, much like an Apple watch, but is worn as a ring and provides round the clock insights into sleep, fitness and stress for wellness, with an array of health tracking features including heart rate variability, skin and body temperature and blood oxygen levels.

As you can see from the data, Lisa started our energy session at 5pm California time and ended at 6pm going from ‘stressed’ to ‘restored’.
And apparently this was the lowest stress level/strongest restorative level she has yet recorded.

I love the the feedback she got at the end if her session too…

‘Your physiological stress levels are as low as low can be while your body enjoys some restorative time. Soak up every minute of it’

I couldn’t have agreed more!

It's always nourishing to celebrate and connect to the rhythms of life and nature. To take a quiet moment to still ourselves in ritual and give thanks. Solstice is upon us. The mid point of the year and changing of the seasons.

For the Northern Hemisphere, summer solstice is the longest day of the year with themes of fertility, vitality and the abundance of what is blooming that was planted in the Spring.

For the Southern Hemisphere, winter solstice is the longest night of the year with themes of going inward, self refection and much needed rest to build up our stores of energy for the coming Spring.

Within both seasons we honour renewal and rebirth. It also leads into a full moon so we have rich energy to come together in group to drop into our hearts and orient to life from there.
