Position Overview:
Are you a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse seeking a rewarding career in Homecare? Comfort Care Services Pty Ltd is seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. As a member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our consumers, promoting their comfort, dignity, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established standards and practices.
Assess patient needs and collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Provide education and support to patients and their families.
Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
Qualifications:
Current registration as a Registered Nurse.
CPR certification.
Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Experience in healthcare settings, preferably in a similar role, is a plus.
