Your optometrist messed up… and now she has the sun damage to prove it 🥲🥹
Sun damage is so sneaky because while the exposure builds up, the damage appears later…making it easy to become complacent.
I was the classic example. Only wore sunnies when it was a beach day or super sunny, hated the marks they left on my nose, and didn’t make it a habit so often forgot to bring them with me when heading out.
That was until I noticed tiny yellow spots forming on the whites of my eyes. The same spots I see on patients daily. And the ones I see in photos friends and family send me in a panic when they first spot theirs 🤭
Consequences are what spark change. But let my lesson be your reminder to protect yourself!! Before the damage is done🙏🥹
And of course my go to pair is my 7 year old custom Cliff House sunglasses 😎 they’re titanium so super light and durable (surviving many drops - except for one on a concrete driveway which led me to replace me lenses once) the glare protection and colour enhancement is elite, and superb customer service makes it my favourite!! 💖💖
