Today our amazing Support Coordinators Emily and Hoda, alongside our Team Leader Sue, attended the Bankstown/Canterbury Disability Expo!

It was a great opportunity to connect with new providers, build on existing relationships, and stay up to date with the latest changes in the disability sector.

We love seeing our team out in the community, continuing to learn and grow so we can provide the best possible support to our participants 💙

This year, we traded the usual Christmas party for something truly special ✨

Our team took some well-deserved downtime at a yoga retreat—an opportunity to slow down, breathe, and rejuvenate together. It was the perfect way to reflect on an amazing year, reconnect as a team, and head into the holidays feeling refreshed and grateful. 🧘‍♀️🎄

So thankful for this incredible group and all they do!

On behalf of the Trinity Disability Care, we would like to thank all participants, families, therapists and providers who we have had the pleasure of working alongside over the past year.

It has been a great year for us, marked by our new office, growth of our team and continued progress despite the many changes within the NDIS.

Please note that our Bankstown office will be closed from 18 December 2025 to 12 January 2026. However, for existing participants and providers with mutual clients, our Support Coordination team will continue to provide services during this period (except public holidays).

We would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Thank you for your continued trust and support.

As NDIS Support Coordinators, we’re often on the road meeting with participants and families — but today, we took the time to come together as a team to share updates, debrief, and engage in some creative group activities.

We truly value these moments to connect, collaborate, and strengthen the way we support our clients and participants.

Thank you, Trinity team — what a great way to start the day together!

We had an amazing opportunity to connect with Ben from Enriching Health. Just a “wow” day!!

Ben manages a team of allied health experts including dietiticians and exercise physiologist. Not only did he explain the role of therapy within the NDIS, he showed and taught us through team building exercise. I can honestly say we had such a fun afternoon.

Thank you Ben and your amazing team for our chats over lunch. Love our chats and spending the afternoon with your team.

Thank you for coming to visit our new office!
