As we progress through life we often have a misinterpretation of the limitations of our bodies and any intense physical activities without warming up and stretching can all mount up to cause damage over the years.

Happy New Year!! 2023 brings big changes for us as we've both relocated our clinic and we've change our name to Bone Zone Chiropractic.

Due to the new location, we decided our former business name of 'Tweed Central Chiropractic' is no longer fitting however we haven't moved far. You'll find us at 91 Parkes Lane, Terranora.
