Last Sunday, I joined Borders mixers team, led by Donna Cameron, for our Rocking Around the Varoma cooking class.
It was such a hit, with 38 guests attending.
Feedback was great - the guests loved our Xmas in July themed menu.

Who’s tried Corn beef in the varoma ?
It was a big hit in our house with some for dinner and left overs for sandwiches this week
