Mandatory registration for SIL and platform providers introduces clearer accountability, stronger safeguards, and consistent quality standards, helping ensure people receive safe, reliable, and high-quality support in their homes.

We welcome changes that strengthen trust, transparency, and outcomes for people with disability.
