This quote by Stephen Fry is a wonderful reminder that simple acts of kindness, collectively are grand acts of love with enough power to change the world!
I dedicate this to the beautiful Deborah who attends my workshops earnestly seeking wisdom, knowledge, transformation and is committed to doing the work.
From the first day I met Deborah she has not stopped talking about kindness; seeking it, attracting it, resonating with it. Putting it in the spotlight! It’s the only criteria she assigns to humans. No judgements! Simply, are they kind?
Kindness stands as the sovereign pillar of humanity for Deborah. And I feel honoured when she says that I am kind.
The truth however is that it is she who is the embodiment of kindness! She is kind to everyone; to people, to animals and to the Earth.
Deborah comes to learn from me but hey on this subject she is the teacher and the master and I have learned much from her.
I am so very grateful for the exchange of teaching and learning that takes place when like minded people come together, free of ego, to reach for the highest expression of themselves.
Such blessings are not rare in the space of my healing room and my classrooms. It is very humbling indeed!

I am very excited about my upcoming retreat under the leadership of Wiiliam Meader, expert in Esoteric Spiritual philosophy, who is touring in Australia from the US at end of February.
Hopefully I will gain some deep insights into the wisdom behind the chaos in our world today and its place in our ultimate purpose of evolution.
I believe that you and I have chosen to be here at this time for a higher purpose. It is a great privilege to bear witness to the global transcendence movement that is taking place in our lifetime. I have always felt that I’m not here to merely be an onlooker but feel a great sense of responsibility, a soul calling, to actively participate in awakening humanity and in supporting its rising consciousness. Our survival depends on this!
This experience is even more special for me as I will be in close communion with the Ascended Masters of the enclave which I’m sure will include the beloved Masters who have supported my healing work for at least two decades. ❤️
I will be taking the next several weeks to prepare myself and purify my vessel for this spiritual experience; to increase my potential to understand the incoming wisdom and feel it resonate and align with the wisdom that I carry within me; to download and thus embody the ancient knowledge; to potentially receive new healing codes relevant to the current health needs of our injured post Covid world. That’s just for starters.. I’m going in open to miracles! Seismic miracles that will usher in the Shift in consciousness that our hearts are aching for. May it be gentle yet profound! ❤️🙏🩵

Reminder to slow down and enjoy this gentle time of Autumn. Be aware of the changes in nature as its pulse slows down from the fast pace of Summer. This is a time of letting go and embracing the transitory state of life. Think how the trees are dropping their leaves now, knowing with full certainty that they will return bright, fresh and renewed with vitality in the Spring.
Everything is evolving, nothing stays the same!

Well that was strange.. even for I who have come face to face with strangeness countless times in this business of energy healing.
It’s 12.30 am and I’m about ready to call it a night when a strong electrical smell pervades the air around me, sending my brain into panic. I run around switching off all power points, checking my phone which for a moment seems to be the source of this toxicity, but isn’t. I switch it off. My throat starts to burn.
I call hubby to come down and sniff around with me to see if we can locate the origin of this offensive and dangerous smell.
Not that easy!
The smell is localised in certain spots only with the strongest smell being outside the healing room.
As hubby stands in that spot he gets goose bumps and says that it must be a spirit.. he being accustomed to disembodied guests in the past.
I check the air outside in case another fibreglass boat is burning on the harbour, perhaps a repeat of an incident a few months ago. Outside the air is sweet!
I ask to be left alone so that I may confirm if it is indeed a spirit.
What followed was an interesting conversation with an earthbound spirit who has been trying to get my attention for ten years and finally in desperation decided to use toxic smell to get that attention.
Thankfully, he was very willing to be transported home but first had to be convinced that he was a spirit without a body. As soon as that process was complete the smell disappeared. Just like that!
Phew!! A much better result than having to call the fire station in the middle of the night and who knows, evacuate the house!
There’s never a dull moment in our home I know but don’t they know I don’t work past 5pm!

The Circle of Consciousness course is drawing to an end. ☹️Tonight we had session 5 so next fortnight concludes the course.
I am always so pumped before and after each session! The sharing, the connectedness, the alignment, the spiritual depth we are able to reach in the sacred space we create; it’s truly astonishing!
Yes, I do work hard in my preparation and in my delivery but the heart connection does all the rest. It creates the soul to soul relationships where each participant is seen in their Light!
Every session a Joy! Following the guidance is fun as things can change at the last minute. However, trusting the higher guidance always reveals a higher purpose at work.
Exploring the esoteric nature of Being and the journey to spiritual consciousness is a personal privilege that feels purposeful, fulfilling and is gratefully embraced with every part of my being.
Extending Blessings to each of you and to our dear Mother Earth.

Our amazing planet!

These enigmatic stones, known as "trovants" in Romania, grow, move, and even reproduce. They take in the minerals from the rain after each heavy downpour, which combine with the chemicals already existing in the rock to produce a reaction and pressure within that eventually causes the stone to grow and reproduce.
