Taking one lunge sequence and showing how it can be done both on the reformer and on the floor using a slider (socks or a piece of paper can do the trick).

This flow moves through:
• Crescent lunge
• Crescent lunge + scooter
• Scooter only
• Crescent lunge with a forward hinge
• Scooter with a forward hinge
• Back to crescent lunge (no hinge)
• Finish with lunge pulses 🔥

Same movement patterns, different tools!! Great for building strength, control and balance whether you’re in the studio or training at home.

Homemade banana pancakes for my little one!!

Soft, naturally sweet, and packed with nourishing goodness. A simple breakfast to start the day right.

Hoping these fill tiny tummies and set the tone for a happy and healthy day ahead.

Ingredients:

1 Banana
1 Egg
2 Tbsp Flour

Method:
Mash the banana in a bowl, mix in the egg and flour until well combined, then cook in a pan until golden and fluffy.
