Escapism serves a great purpose. Seems so prevalent in todays “new age spiritual” movement.
It takes years and years of integration to heal, it takes showing up and having hard conversations with people/friends/family and it takes commitment to keep showing up for yourself. There were times I wanted to run and hide but I knew I’d never be free.

There are no amount of distractions, quick fixes, plant medicines, workshops or retreats that will ever be as effective as finding an integrated practitioner who has lived experienced, worked through their wounding and come out the other side into a fulfilled pleasurable life 💚

Children can be like dogs in a family where they become the “Emotional Compass” for the family. When a child grows up and is the overly responsible Adult..What do you think happens to that child now,
adult? They carry a sabotage energy that puts them in a position where they always become the “emotional stabiliser” in all relationships. They can even carry guilt when they can’t meet the needs of the parent/s any longer.

This is what we call an Entanglement in the family system, this happens when the child plays a parent role to a parent. (It can be created as early in the womb). The child loses their innocence too quickly to grow up to be able to hold the parent/s emotional needs when the other parent is unavailable. This is what children do out of love for their parents to keep the family together. (This work is delivered in great honour and respect for family members).

This is Maya she is my flat mates dog and she is very emotionally needy, even though she is of adult age, she still requires so much love and attention (play ball) several times a day. This can be exhausting on the nervous system. As can be holding parent/s emotional pain. She is a great teacher for personal boundaries.

In a held safe container I have combined my Holistic Counselling skills with Spiritual Alchemy combined with Family Constellation therapy and Somatic bodywork (Embodiment) is where we acknowledge the inner child (through felt sense), remove the inner child from the entanglement, clear the hidden loyalties, social or cultural programming, toxic discordant residue, and limiting beliefs locked in moments of time, give back the responsibility to the parents and go back to the original causal point of where the pattern got created in the Ancestral Lineage and then drop the soul fractures into the void using somatic tools (clearing completely from the lineage). We bring in golden source sphere energy as internal resource to strengthen from the Ancestors forward into future generations. We call back all soul fragments that split off or were lost and integrate them back into your body, restoring what was lost.

We clear everything that is within your auric field that may be blocking you from stepping forward in life, keeping you stuck in old patterns and relationship trauma bonds. This work clears through all time, space and dimensions.

I then give follow up tools around creating healthy boundaries, stepping into your personal power and owning your Domain. The tools you take home are for life and the feedback from clients has been noted as “Life Changing”

We all want meaning making of our life, how things got created and what we can do to clear it. Sometimes it’s hard to know what it is but what I do know is that the field knows and I can meet you were you are at and we can work it out from there.
