Classes will run on a Monday 5-6pm, 20th April- 29th June. This class will run for 10weeks, $180 for the term.

Thank you all for attending class today.. it was one of the biggest classes we have had! So fantastic to see you all moving!

Thursday class will be going ahead 5-6pm, which is very exciting, I can't wait to see you there! Please spread the word & if you know any one wanting to try it out, this would be a great introduction.

Also, you may notice a name change from Move & Improve Health to The Farmers Physio... new year.... new name!

Also, if anyone is wanting any private or semi- private classes to work on anything particular, don't be afraid to reach out, I would love to help! X

I am just letting you all know that I will be continuing our pilates classes in Barellan for 2026. Below is some information.

Date: Monday 2nd Feb- 30th March (9week)
Time: 5-6pm
Cost: $162

Hi All,

I am excited to announce that
pilates will return again for Term 4!

I will be running a Monday (13th October- 15th Dec) and a Wednesday class (15th Oct- 17th Dec)- pending class numbers.

- Classes will run from 5-6pm
- Term cost $180 for the 10weeks
- $20 for casual if you are already attending one weekly class for the term
- $22 for all other who wish to attend casually

*If you still had any credits left over from last term don’t forget to minus that off your Term 4 cost!

Don’t forget to let me know if you’re keen! Can’t wait to see you all there!
