Dr Alex and Sarhan held their first "Breathe Well to Be Well" workshop last Wednesday, with a full house! We had an incredible turnout and amazing feedback with our practice members already noticing a difference in their wellbeing since implementing their homework from last week 🙏

Thank you to all who attended. It was a great evening.

We are excited to announce that this will be a regular FREE Community Workshop held each month, moving forward, out of the Bargara Practice, with the next workshop scheduled for the 12th of November.

Free for all community members, combat stress and learn how to breathe effectively with simple tools that you can integrate into your life straight away.

Sometimes in life there can be things that feel impossible to overcome…

This weekend Dr. Alex was reminded that often the only limitations are the ones that we place on ourselves and hold onto within.

This immersion tested the edge of what it means to trust in yourself fully and was also a beautiful opportunity to relax and recharge in nature with community.

From firewalks to board breaking and a bunch of challenges in between, we are glad to have Dr. Alex back safely to continue giving to, loving and serving our community (without any burns to his feet or broken bones) 😉🙏🌏

BIG NEWS! 🚨 Dr. Alex has now completed his 4th post graduate training in Paediatric and Family Chiropractic!

This weekend, Dr. Alex Rodwell flew to Adelaide to participate in and successfully complete 80-Hours of post graduate training sponsored by the Life University USA’s Department of Postgraduate Education and The Pediatric Experience and passed all exams.

This assures our community that the specific care received here at Chiropractic Life Bargara and Childers the highest standard possible and encompasses the whole family. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

The training from The Pediatric Experience and Life University focused on advanced levels of Analysis, Case Management, and what’s called the Neuro-Tonal Adjusting 🙌 approach.

This chiropractic angel did a pretty good job at hiding that it was her birthday today, but Dr. Alex cracked the birthday code in time to pick up her favourite flowers during his lunch break 🙌
