In light of the new cases in NSW, there will be a few small changes here at Wollondilly Osteopathy.

All businesses are now required to have a QR code log in system, so this means you will need scan in using your Service NSW App upon entering and leaving the premises. Once you have the app on your phone it is relatively easy to use.

After some time away with the family last week, it's back to work tomorrow.

Masks can be very uncomfortable to wear for long periods of time so I have a couple of tips for you.

They can really dig in behind your ears so I like to wear a little fabric extender. That way the mask hooks onto the buttons not my ears.

To stop glasses fogging up you can buy some antifog lens cleaner wipes that work perfectly.

Many of you have already been in and noticed my new accessory while I work. Following NSW Health advice I will now be wearing a mask while treating, because as you know I can't treat and stay 1.5m away. At this stage I am not asking patient's to wear a mask but feel free to bring your own along if you like.

Please remember to cancel your appointment if you have any cold or flu symptoms even if you wear a mask. I do treat many older patients, and even young children and I would hate for them to get sick from visiting.
