Over 75 Assessment aims to keep you in your home as independently as possible for as long as possible.

40-49 Assessment supports preventative care, looking for any early warning signs of chronic conditions that we can help you manage.

Have you experienced a traumatic pregnancy, birth or postpartum?

You are not alone.

There are a few places left in the upcoming Birth Trauma Australia 6-week program commencing in October, at Berth in Geelong. The sessions are facilitated by our wonderful Clinical Psychologist and Peer Support Worker with lived experience of birth-related trauma.

In a small, empathetic group, you will be supported to tell your story, feel heard and validated, while learning skills that will help you navigate your experience. The group will also offer:
• An opportunity to discuss your birth with others that “get it”
• Helpful new activities and tools
• New social connections
• An understanding of the different healthcare options available

Last week we launched our SeaChangers initiative with Bowlz Barwon Heads.
Thursday morning, we introduced a bubbly wee group to each other and Tuesday we met a lovely new(ish) local keen to connected with her community.
For the next few weeks, we are locking in these days and times for more neighbours to come and join us.
