Happy Friday all :)

Looking forward to practicing with you all again via Facebook live this SUNDAY from 8am Perth time.

As most of you know, face-to-face these classes are by donation with all proceeds going to charity - it's very understandable that this is not an option for everyone at this time, so I hope you all know that you can enjoy these classes freely without expectation of donation :)

HOWEVER! If you would like to donate, a cause that's very close to my heart (and very timely for the upcoming Easter break) is for the conservation of the Australian Bilby. These little fellas are highly endangered and an absolute national treasure, our very own Easter creature. The Save the Bilby Fund is a fantastic organisation that work hard to conserve the bilby! So if you would like to donate please go to their website - you could make a cash donation or they have merchandise to buy where portions of the sale go towards the cause.

Just wondering (with the whole coronavirus thing and isolation/social distancing) - instead of cancelling yoga on the lawn, who would be interested in tuning into a live stream of class on Saturday mornings from facebook for the time being? Happy Friday all :) Showers are forecast tomorrow morning, however we can come down at 8am to 9am for yoga on the lawn at Swan Valley Gourmet, if it's not raining we can enjoy a cool morning with some yoga! If it's raining then we can head straight to breakfast 😂

BYO mat and a towel for under (just increase the ground is wet). Class is by donation with all funds going to charity :) see you there!

Happy Friday :)

Yoga shall be on tomorrow at Swan Valley Gourmet from 8am - 9am. BYO Yoga mat and towel (for under your mat, just to keep it clean as the class is on a lawn). Class is by donation with all proceeds going to charity :)

Now there might be a chance of showers tomorrow morning - if it rains during yoga we can retreat inside and start our weekly breakfast session early ;)

Happy Friday all! I hope you're staying cool in this weather.

Thankfully it's going to cool down a bit for tomorrow's yoga on the lawn at Swan Valley Gourmet. 8am - 9am on the lawn (BYO yoga mat and towel/rug for under). Class is by donation with all proceeds going to charity :) Beginners absolutely welcome, the class is designed to be a delicious release to shake off the week and invite calm into the weekend.
