The love / hate relationship with coffee and tea! - STAINED TEETH 😓

Some secrets could be:
• Try not to be sipping on it all day, even taking sips of water after to help rinse out your mouth will help
• Drink white coffee/tea, not having milk in your tea and coffee could be making the stains worse
• Chewing sugar free gum when you’ve finished can help to stimulate your saliva and remove the coffee/tea from your teeth
• Last but not least, make sure you’re having your regular 6 monthly scale and cleans at the dentist!
