It’s been a hot minute but rest assured I am ready to get things even steamier around here!

Having been on a universal unfolding that has only deepened my connection to my intuitive gifts and broadened my understanding of the energies within us and all around us!

These learnings took me down a rabbit hole, discovering new layers in my mission here on earth, how I can serve you and bring more light to our amazing community here on the Central Coast!

My newest offering begins at your place!

The energy in your space is as real as the phone you’re holding right now.

It 100% exists! (scientifically proven)

You may not understand exactly how it exists, operates or functions, but it’s real!

Just because you can’t see energy, does not mean it is not there! I bet that you have certainly felt that “ick” energy from someone, felt the sparks fly or if you’ve walked into room, you might have felt the change in the air.

Well that feeling you have IS the energy, and guess what?
Us Super Humans can influence, shift, clear and create it!

We can clear out negative energy, we can draw in positive energy, and if you have experienced any form of unknown stagnation, lack of motivation, unknown exhaustion or resonate with the idea of density in the space, there is a real possibly that negative stored energy is around you and your spaces.

What about other people coming to your spaces? Yes their energy can be left behind, we all do that, it’s natural, but that doesn’t mean we have to let it linger. Clearing out your space after a friendly visit, rent inspection, family get together, an argument, or violence is the best way to stop the negative energy from storing, building and becoming heavier.

I highly recommend smudging your spaces if you have felt any of the things I’ve mentioned and especially if you have
-just moved in and out of a home
-separated from a lover, friend or roommate after sharing a home
-have a new workspace, office or studio or haven’t changed things up for a while
-feel any sort of uneasiness in your space.
-experiencing memories/ flashbacks to particular times in the space
-feel unsafe in the space

With the Lions Gate Portal at its peak, you may be thinking about all those things you wish to manifest. There’s lots of advice circulating on the best way to harness the energies around today and perhaps you’re setting aside time to explore areas of your life you want to receive abundance in and what rituals you could use to enhance your frequency to match that of what you want. It’s really easy to get in the flow of the “what” and the “how”.

Let me offer a different perspective?

You don’t need to become a certain frequency to manifest. You don’t need to meditate. You don’t need to visualise every detail.

While these actions assist in aligning you to your highest potential, what true, enlightened, new earth consciousness is teaching us is to experience OURSELVES, layer by layer. With unconditional love and loads of curiosity.

But how can we do that with allllll this childhood trauma, allll these triggers, alllll this limiting beliefs, allll these blocks?

How do we get out of our own way… but for real… and let’s add - no complicated strategy, no process, no fancy ritual?

💡Show up for yourself every moment of every day AS IF you would for your best friend.
-give yourself great advice
-show yourself compassion
-pump up your energy
-show yourself patience
-nourish yourself
-make time for yourself
-EMPOWER yourself
-treat yourself with kindness, respect, loyalty and love
✨Get to really know yourself.
✨✨Be your own best friend.

The real journey through the portal, through life, is experiencing your whole self and learning to love that.

Once you reach this understanding, the manifestation becomes effortless. You realise that YOUR frequency IS the frequency of love, it flows within your blood and that love is a 🧲

You hold the portal, the key, the frequency to everything you dream about, and you always have.

Time to honour the fact that everything you think you need, already lies within you and the Lions Gate Portal merely offers you a boost in remembering your divinity.

Transformation can be hard to recognise sometimes. As we move through the journey of life and experience healing, shifts and learnings we can forget just how far we have come.

Almost 2 years, when I found this space, it looked like the second photo.. and over time it grew to become a hub for healing, energy activations, heart and soul searching, space holding and down right weird and wonderful mystical experiences!

Under these Sirius Gateway energy’s we are being called to manifest our highest, most best life! As a collective we are calling in what we want to experience at a pace that feels reminiscent of the past life energy of Lemuria. We felt the surge of source flow through our veins, and we are remembering that vibration.

We have untapped potential. ⬅️ Read that again.

Take a moment to think about what you want in life, who are you calling in? What do you want to receive? How do you want to feel? How do you want to serve?

Everything we want is waiting on the other side of believing we are worthy of it. My dear soul, you have never not been worthy.

To remove the block of unworthiness, simply notice the transformations you have made, see yourself through my eyes, you are nothing short of a miracle.

Late this afternoon we received confirmation (both my partner and I have been feeling the train tracks shifting) that our lease wasn’t being renewed, our landlords are ready to step back into their holiday home for the coming summer season.

Like most curve balls, it hit me in the heart, my passionate, entrepreneurial heart! I’ve loved having a studio based at home, not only because I wasn’t passing on the expenses of commercial real estate onto my clients, but because it holds the energy of seeing an old friend. “Like coming home” as my clients… well friends, would say.

I am so humbled & excited to be among some of the most incredible holistic wellness advocates the Central Coast entrepreneurial scene has to offer!

Yesterday as I read through an email announcing my nomination, I quite literally cried my heart out! The anonymous words this kind soul had written about myself and The Soulfull Life pulled at my heart strings, sending waves of joy over my entire being. Not because I’ve been recognised, but because I’ve made a tiny impact in the world!

When I committed to my souls calling 4 years ago, my mission was so very clear. That I would leave the world better then I arrived. One soul at a time, for as long as I could, helping people on the Central Coast reconnect to their purpose, their souls calling.

Together we are making waves of change.

The last week I have been working through a series of life circumstances that I thought was leading me to leave this little business of mine for a while. But the universe has kindly reminded me, with more than one nudge that there is still work to do in this earthly mission. There is still healing, releasing, learning and growing to move through and with a community who goes out of their way to lift one another up, I’m in the best place, in the right time, with the warmest souls!

In a world of women competing and blaming trauma for their unkindness, in a world where manipulation makes it hard to tell who is real and who is not.

I seek out women who have authenticity pumping in their veins. Who live by integrity and honesty and vulnerability! I seek out mentors in like hearted sisters, coaches who have been there and done it, who are in the trenches with me.

Yeah, I’ve been burned and shamed by trusting the wrong people. I’ve cried in disbelief of the misconceptions people carry of me as we realise our values are not aligned. My kind heart left hanging out to dry. Failed relationships, friendships, communications… a lot of failing.

But after all that hurt, that pain, that suffering.. I’ve stayed loyal and faithful to the fact that I will find my people! I will find my soul tribe and I will find space in safety and comfort. The world is full of mistrust and narcissists and women who may not have your back. But there is also a world of women who aren’t like that. A world we can call in from the depths of our souls. A tribe of women who are longing for the same safety as us. Never stop calling out for your people. Never stop listening for a call out.

If there’s one relationship you can trust, it’s the one you have with faith and hope. Keep that vibe strong, you WILL find what or who you are looking for!
