Magnesium can be infused on its own or in combination with our other essential vitamins and minerals. Branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) are a group of three essential amino acids:

- leucine
- isoleucine
- valine

BCAAs are building blocks your body uses to make proteins

BCAA's are commonly taken to enhance exercise performance and boost muscle growth.
They may also help to reduce fatigue after exercise, aid weight loss and regulate blood sugar levels
