Reflecting on 2025... what a first year in business! So privileged to be able to turn my passion into a living and support many wonderful individuals.

The pictures are from our Christmas Party with my clients who served in the military and whom I love and appreciate dearly.

2025 would not have been so successful without my mate Murray over at and the support and encouragement from my beautiful partner and my daughter Willow.

I’m Alex, the owner of THRIVE. A little about me…

✅ 10 years of industry experience
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise & Sport Science
✅ Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology
✅ Special interest in neurological, musculoskeletal and mental health rehabilitation

This is more than a job for me. This is my passion, my way of being of service. Through all or my own lived experience and through the experiences of the people I have worked with I’ve been able to carve my own unique approach to helping people become strong, healthy and successful, no matter the obstacle.

And the good news is…my books are open!
