I am super proud of all my athletes for their dedication and achievements at the NSW Juniors. Amongst all the PB’s over the 3 days, there were notable performances including Ania’s bronze 🥉 medal in the 2000m steeplechase and Dylan’s silver 🥈 medal in the 100m, and gold 🥇medals in the 200m and 400m events, with Dylan also setting a new LANSW record in the 400m.

Will’s 800m is to be recognised for the courage and resilience shown by finishing the race after a devastating fall. This is what it is all about.

Congratulations to Dylan Ruming and Arden Cutler on achieving national qualifiers over the weekend. Dylan adds the 100m and 200m to his already 400m qualifying time for the Australian Athletics championships. Arden, who travels from Lithgow to Bathurst to train with me for track has also achieved a national qualification in the heptathlon. 🏃🏼🏃‍♀️🌟 Huge congrats to these two athletes…. I am super proud of you both and your commitment. 🙌

On the eve of Australian Athletics Championships in Perth, I need to congratulate my athletes who competed over the past few weeks at NSW Juniors.

We have seen many PB’s!!

These have resulted in a LANSW state record...Adelaide, as well as podium finishes (also first timers on a state podium) Will C, Kobe, and Eliza. We have also seen PB’s resulted in qualifying times for Nationals....Ania and Dylan.

As well as the field athletes who come along and condition with me who are always kicking goals with consistent podium finishes Byron, Savannah, Ash, Kiara and Arden (credit to your field coaches!).
