This beginner-friendly class combines 50% Reformer Pilates + 50% floor-based movement — including strength, yoga-inspired flow and light cardio exercises. It’s the perfect way to try a bit of everything without feeling overwhelmed.
Our 6-week program is designed for those new to movement (or returning after a break). It will focus on building confidence, learning the basics and moving in a supportive, non-intimidating space. You’ll be guided every step of the way, with options to suit your body and fitness level.
