SDA Vacancy - Brand New Robust Home

We are pleased to announce we currently have a vacancy in a newly built Robust SDA home in Kelso. The modern purpose-built space is designed to provide a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for persons living with disability.

Thrive Bathurst is a NDIS provider built on strong community connections and genuine, person-centred values. Our approach places each individual at the heart of everything we do, ensuring supports are tailored to their goals, preferences, and needs. We pride ourselves on our industry experience and quality of care. Thrive Bathurst is committed to delivering consistent, respectful, and meaningful support. We believe that great outcomes come from strong relationships, clear communication, and leading with integrity and compassion.

Suitable applicants:

Aged 18-30
Male or female
Eligible for SDA Robust funding

*Applicants will be assessed on their suitability based on clinical compatibility. All participants will require individual SIL supports. Shared inactive overnights supports will be considered but subject to change.
