Yoga at Hobbys Yards Hall is back! I am so excited. Class starts at 8am on Saturdays. It costs $10. We recommend wearing layers, bring hat in case the weather is awesome for outdoors and bring you mat if have one.
It’s a low key class that will work with you (and your injuries) to stretch and strengthen; relax/meditate/breathing techniques are all in the mix 💕💕💕 we hope to see you there.

Hi there my long lost yoga lovelies!

Greetings my dear yoginis! Yoga will recommence this Saturday 10 April. We will switch to our winter time of 8am. We have 3 lovely weeks together then I'm off on 1 May (dry needling course - how exciting!! Also mumski's birthday) then return again 8 May.
