yesterday we said farewell to the sanctuary that was InYoga, Surry Hills. a studio that changed the lives of so many and completely transformed my heart in ways that were unimaginable when I signed up for my 200hr training back in 2020.

Nicole and Rod, you are the most generous teachers and everyone who has been blessed to share this practice and learn from you walks away with a genuine glow from the inside out. you created a space/community that is uplifting and truly magical. I will forever cherish the years we shared together between those walls as some of my most inspiring moments of life. my home away from home 🫶

thank you for everything, words will never be able to express the impact you’ve had on me - I can’t wait to see what you do with this next chapter ahead of you. cheering you on always.
