One of the simplest things I’ve added to my wellness routine lately… this acupuncture mat.
I started using it for tension headaches and tight shoulders after long days sitting at a desk.
The first minute is a bit spicy.
But after about 5 minutes your body completely relaxes into it.

Sometimes the only quiet moment in my day is 15 minutes on this thing.

At first the acupuncture mat feels intense.
Tiny spikes everywhere and your brain is like… why are we doing this?

Then something shifts.
Your shoulders drop.
Your breathing slows down.
And suddenly your whole body feels lighter.

This has become one of my favourite little end-of-day resets.
