Absolutely enjoy being with our precious moments together with each one of us:

Love our birthday girl Samantha, now she is beautiful 24, she is working tirelessly, overtime almost everyday, Sunday working with Zhang’s tutoring.

Whether you are a young woman menstruating, or have entered the next phase of menopause, or simply a man wanting to educate himself about women's body to care for your mother/sister/girlfriend/friend/wife/granddaughter etc, this is the post for you!❤️🧡💛💚💙💜
💡Tip 1: Due to the loss of red blood cells in the first 3-7 days of your menstrual cycle, the replenishment of iron is necessary. From Cycle day 1 - 7, women would need to consume 15mg of iron a day. Women over 50 need 8.7mg a day. Pregnant women need 27mg a day.
💡Tip 2: Use https://nutritionaustralia.org/fact-sheets/iron/ to prepare your shopping list/food prep to ensure you are getting enough iron daily.
🍎Advanced Tip: Pairing your iron-rich foods with Vitamin C rich foods, e.g. lemons, oranges, tomatoes, leafy greens, will enhance your body's ability to absorb iron.

🧫. Probiotics are a combination of live beneficial bacteria and/or yeasts that naturally live in your body, and they can be found in your gut, among other places.

⚖️ The main job of probiotics is to maintain a healthy balance in your body. They help your body digest food, keep harmful bacteria from making you sick, create vitamins, and help the cells keep bad bacteria from entering your blood.
