Beetroot Brownies đŤđ°đŁ
Ingredient:
250g cooked beetroot, peeled.
2 eggs
1/3C maple syrup
1/4C nut or seed butter
1tsp vanilla extract
1/2C almond flour
1/2C cacao powder
1tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
80g dark chocolate chips
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 180C and line a small baking tin.
2. Blend beetroot until completely smooth.
3. In a bowl, whisk together beetroot, eggs, maple syrup, almond butter, and vanilla.
4. Stir in cacao, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
5. Fold in chocolate chunks.
6. Pour into tin and bake for 20-25 mins (slightly underbake for fudgy texture).
7. Let cool before slicing and enjoy âşď¸
