Our patient was experiencing a lack of room in their mouth and a deep bite, requiring intervention. Even small alignment issues, such as a misplaced canine tooth, can have a noticeable impact on a person’s bite and overall smile.

This patient came to us with two common concerns: crowded teeth, which impacted their comfort and overall smile.

Using a personalised treatment plan with an expander and braces, we were able to improve their upper arch form and better align the teeth. This relieved the issue of crowding, and correcting the bite for a healthier, more balanced smile.

This lovely young patient came to us with a narrow upper arch that was affecting her bite.

🦷 Narrow arch & misaligned bite transformation!

A young patient had a narrow upper arch with an increased horizontal and vertical overlap, commonly known as an overbite, along with spacing issues between the teeth.

These dental challenges not only affected the smile but jaw functionality and overall health.

🔍 Problem:
Narrow arch causing misalignment of teeth
Increased horizontal and vertical overlap
Overbite affecting the connection between the upper and lower teeth
Noticeable gaps and spacing issues

✅ Solution:
We used a functional appliance to push the upper teeth back, while moving the lower teeth forward
Used twin block metal braces applied to ensure the upper and lower teeth connected corrected, leaving a balanced and functional bite

The results? A beautifully aligned smile and improved functionality!

🦷 Crowded Teeth & Deep Overbite Correction

A patient came in with a case of crowded teeth and a deep overbite, affecting the alignment of their smile and overall oral function.

If left untreated, this can cause long term issues, such as jaw discomfort and further misalignment.

🔍 Problem:
Crowded teeth in the upper arch, causing overlap.
A deep overbite leading to misalignment between the upper and lower teeth.
Limited space in the upper arch contributing to the crowding.

✅ Solution:
Using braces on the upper arch we repositioned the teeth to create the necessary space and align them properly.
This treatment addressed the crowding issue and helped to correct the deep overbite, ensuring the top and bottom set of teeth met comfortably.

🦷Fixing Overbite & Crowded Teeth

A patient came to us with an overbite and crowded teeth affecting the alignment and appearance of their smile.

🔍 Problem:
Overbite causing the upper and lower teeth to misalign.
Crowded teeth leading to overlapping and spacing issues.

✅ Solution:
We used braces on both the top and bottom teeth to gradually correct these issues
Over the course of 2 years, we aligned the teeth, balanced the bite

Braces are applied gradually over a period of 2 years to allow the teeth and jaw to shift slowly and safely into their correct positions without causing damage.

This movement ensures that the roots of the teeth adapt and stabilise, resulting in long-term, effective alignment.
