🔥 Watch for overheating
Feeling dizzy, nauseous, or getting a headache? These may be signs your body’s struggling to regulate its temperature — especially if you have respiratory or heart conditions.

🥱 Prevent heat exhaustion
Fatigue, cramps, or feeling faint can signal that your body’s low on salt or fluids. Slow down and rest in a cool, shaded spot.

🚨 Be aware of heatstroke
