Most women can put on quality muscle when the plan is dialled in.

Under strong conditions you can expect roughly 0.22 to 0.45 kg of new muscle each month which works out to about 0.06 to 0.11 kg each week.

New lifters grow the quickest and the pace naturally slows as you get more experienced.

Typical monthly muscle gain rates are;
Beginners: about 0.22 to 0.45 kg
Intermediates: about 0.15 to 0.23 kg
Advanced lifters: about 0.07 to 0.11 kg

How to lift your results,

• Train with solid consistency. Hitting major muscle groups twice a week keeps the growth signals firing.

• Progressive overload is non negotiable. Add weight or reps or sets over time so your body keeps adapting.

• Eat in a gentle surplus and keep protein high to give your muscles what they need.

• Work in clear training phases. Use targeted hypertrophy blocks and strength blocks to keep progress moving, especially once you are past the beginner stage.
